They what did jump right out at me after you get through the fluff, and down to the 100% guarantee is that it reads -Blogging to the Bank 2.0. Now wait a minute, I thought this was supposed to be Version 3.0? Not very professional, is it?

I’ll keep checking to see how long it takes to get that corrected. I realize that I may be sending traffic to this site for the wrong reasons and I’m curious to know who is going to benefit? Also wondering now how much of 2.0 (I don’t have 2.0) has been recycled in 3.0. Can anyone tell me please?

I’ll continue looking for ideas and ways on Blogging To Make Money. And when I do find some more interesting ways, I’ll surely let you know.

Blogging To Make Money - Can You Do It?

November 2nd, 2008 No Comments »

Blogging To Make Money is always in the minds of bloggers, new-comers or old-timers alike, and they all want to run a successful blog. From the outset perhaps their intentions were, either as a Personal Weblog or a Professional Internet Blog, but somewhere along the way the $$ signs appeared in front of their eyes and hence the title Blogging To Make Money must have been the next objective.

A free video on this website might provide some clues: Blogging To Make Money.

Don’t think I’m knocking the idea, as there is nothing wrong in making money using your blog. The trouble is that everyone seems to have their own idea on how best to start a successful blog. Therefore for any new-comer to blogging, me included, who thinks that’s the way to go, must get really confused and eye-boggled at the variety of claims in their search engine result pages.

I received an email today about one such millionaire blogger called Rob Benwell. As a new-comer to blogging of course I didn’t know who he was and decided to find out more. Using my trusty search engine I fired up the question and found 23,100 pages containing his name. This must be a very popular and successful fellow, I thought, and more research resulted in finding a blueprint as he calls it that is soon to be launched.

Yes, you guessed it, I signed up to get more information on this blueprint - and yes again I’m a new-comer to blogging - so that probably explains why I did it.

So if you want to make your blog successful, and know more about this guy called Rob Benwell and his blueprint on Blogging to the Bank, follow the link below to his latest creation. Seems like he did this before successfully (you tell me) in a Version 1.0 and 2.0, and maybe that’s why 3.0 is coming out soon.

There is a free video on his website - Blogging to the Bank - that might motivate you so check it out.

How Many Different Ways Are There To Use A Blog?

November 2nd, 2008 No Comments »

Having concentrated mostly on web sites and now a somewhat late-comer to the blogging arena, I got to wondering how many different ways to use a blog were there, and then how to start a successful blog? What better way to find out the answer to that question than to fire up the trusty search engine and see what results were produced.

According to one search engine on the day I did my search, in the first part, there were 93,200 instances or pages of information that would give the answer to my question. On the first search result page alone I added up a total of 80 ideas. I started to go through a few of the top-ranked site search results and found them very interesting indeed. And surprisingly they didn’t overlap on the ideas but complimented each other. But after checking a few more I found the same answers appearing, if not all but many were similar.

So the question is ‘how many different ways are there to use a blog?‘ Lets see if we can collect all of them here so that new-comers and late-comers to blogs and blogging can be more fully informed in one place rather than 93,200! Then more importantly, how to create a successful blog or how to make your blog successful if you already have one would be the next topic of interest.

So far these seem to be the most popular ways to use a blog, and in no particular order of preference:

  1. Personal Weblog
  2. Professional Interest Blog
  3. Website for Your Company
  4. Online Resume
  5. Publish A Newsletter
  6. A Communication Platform for Companies
  7. A Brainless Instant Publishing Site to Make Money
  8. Project Development and Status Announcements
  9. Collaboration Project Logs
  10. A Chatroom Creator
